Alright y'all, if you know me, you know that I'm more of a minimalist when it comes to my fashion sense. Overall, my closet is made up of basic pieces that can be used to put together a variety of outfits. When it comes to jewelry, I'm no different. I like simple pieces that can compliment any outfit and my latest watch obsession is no different.
I was given the opportunity to review the Jord Cassia watch in Walnut & Rose and I seriously could not be more in love with this piece! The detail of each hand-crafted wooden watch is incredible and the rose face makes it the perfect addition to seriously everything in my closet. If you aren't into rose shades, don't worry! JORD has so many styles of ladies watches to choose from, I have no doubt they have something you'll love!
Let's get real for a second...comfort is important! One of my biggest complaints about the designer watches I've purchased in the past is the weight of the watch on my wrist. When you're wearing something all day, comfort is a must and the Cassia watch is so lightweight that I forget I'm wearing it. That's a huge win for me!
I have to say, I LOVE this unique watch but I think my favorite part about my experience with JORD was the packaging! My watch arrived in a gorgeous cedar box accompanied by a cleaning towel and oil. Seriously, the presentation that went into the delivery was unlike any other and it made the experience pretty special!
There's more to JORD than just beautiful watches and top-notch packaging though- this is a company that values sustainability, efficiency, and experiential living. Nothing beats working with a company whose values align with your own!
JORD isn't just about ladies watches, they also offer a great selection of watches for men. If you've got a hard to shop for guy, head on over to the JORD website, pick out a watch you know he'll love and let team engrave it just for him!
As part of their Spring 2018 campaign, I've partnered with JORD to give you a chance to win $100 off of the watch of your choice! The giveaway closes on May 13, 2018 so hurry up and click the link below to enter for your chance to win!

One year. One whole year here in Nashville. Seriously, I can't believe it.
I love this life that I've been blessed with and I could not be more thankful for every day here. Making this move by myself is the best decision I've ever made. I've worked incredibly hard to build the life that I want and there are days when I am overwhelmed thinking about where I am today compared to where I was a year ago.
Moving to a new city alone taught me so much about myself and the things that I want in life. If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times...staying in my small hometown was never the life for me. I want so much more than I could have had if I'd stayed there.
Living in Nashville is great. You get the welcoming feel of a small town with the energy of a big city and it's something that makes everyone feel right at home. I've made friends who are equally as weird as I am (they're the best kind and you know it!) and I've found a church home that I absolutely love. I could have settled for the mediocrity that I felt back home but I didn't and I'm so incredibly thankful for that.
Here's the thing you have to realize about the life I'm living today- I am where I am because of God. I put my faith in Him and made a scary move and it changed my life (and me) in ways that I could have never imagined. I feel great about myself and where I am in life and I owe it all to The Lord.
So let me close this post by saying this-
If you want something, go after it. If you aren't happy, make a change. If you know you need something different, get it. As cliche as it sounds, you deserve to live your best life. Whether you want to walk down Broadway on a busy Saturday afternoon eating a brownie sundae or spend your Sunday mornings surrounded by believers at Fellowship on Broadway (Nashville FBC at 10:30 am if you want to join us), you need to do it.
Hi friends! I'm Cally, an Arkansas native living in Nashville, TN. Here's a look inside my life, posts about products I love and probably a few too many Friends quotes!
